On 5th June, a television crew from the German TV channel SWR visited the research station of the University of Hohenheim where they filmed a short documentary on the cultivation of miscanthus on marginal land as a source of biomass for various biobased applications. This emphasizes the growing public interest in such novel biobased value chains as well as in the utilization of marginal land for biomass production.
