The GRACE DEMO Day in France took place at Margès on the 13 October 2022 and was organized by the French partners Addiplast, Novabiom and INRAE. The DEMO Day in France was able to not only show miscanthus as fiber feedstock for composites, but also in a short circles on the farm, as the demonstration day was hosted by a farmer in Margès in the Drôme. He has planted 8 hectares of miscanthus since 2018 and is using the biomass to fuel two 500 kW Heizomat boilers for heating or as bedding material for his chicken houses.
