Our GRACE partner Mogu participated in the Barcelona Design Week 2021 and presented its acoustic panels that were also developed thanks to the expertise acquired within the GRACE project.

On June 7 and 8, our 5th General Assembly took place. Our big team of hemp and miscanthus enthusiast met virtually to discuss about our next steps to make the sustainable circular bioeconomy happen.

Our GRACE partner Gießereitechnik Kuehn (GTK) has finished the construction of their miscanthus fractionation plant. The plant is now up and running. It allows GTK to easily seperate miscanthus fractions from each other for a wide range of applications.

Today we held our virtual Industry Panel Meeting with guests from the biobased industry and inspiring insights from our GRACE consortium. 

Following a vegetation period with extreme dry periods, the peak yields of our GRACE miscanthus genotypes were measured in the last two weeks.

This year’s hemp harvest of our GRACE hemp is completed. However, work at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) continues.

A pleasant May with a lot of sun and some precipitation has encouraged a strong miscanthus growth.
